Rome
Dinner in Rome tends to be later- around 9pm. This is part of the reason most places do not open until 7:30 or 8pm and will be empty at that hour. There are a few places that stay open between lunch and dinner but most are tourist traps (we have a few listed here that are not).
Keep this in mind: Rome is so big and has so many places to eat that you will be hard-pressed to find a completely local restaurant in the center. This is why we have also added some that are outside the city center. We highly recommend reservations for all on the list and we are more than happy to make them for you, all you have to do is ask!!
