Brunello is Sangiovese at its fullest potential and considered amongst the best wines of the world. Our job is to show you the best of the best. Everyone has a different palate; it’s true, which is why you'll appreciate the VCT approach. .. 
Throughout our day together we'll have barrel tastings, visit the wine maker's favorite and the most unique of the area.
If there is ever a wine that is meant to age it is Brunello of Montalcino. The opportunity to have barrel tastings of various vintages will give you a better understanding of the evolution of this wine. The vineyard where we do this is located south of Montalcino and near the Abbey of Sant’Antimo so, if time permits and you desire, we can stop by for the opportunity to hear the famous Gregorian Chanting. Then we go for  lunch at a place of your choice: in Montalcino itself or an even smaller more secluded hilltop town nearby. Afterwards, since we like innovators, it's off to visit one of the most unique vineyards in the world which is located north of the town of Montalcino. How unique? One hint: Bose sponsors their ideas. Then, if we have time, we're off to taste three more wines at the local wine maker's favorite. With a winery in the south, another in the east and one north of Montalcino you will be able to explore the differences in terroir of the area.
